Excited about my food instake today

Why am I excited? I’m under my calorie count (not by much) for the day, it’s a rest day and not only am I getting in all my protein, but a decent amount of fiber too. What’s the bonus? I GET TO HAVE EFFIN’ CHIPOTLE FOR DINNER!

Breakfast: MusclePharm Combat Powder (Protein Shake)
Lunch: 7 Turkey Meatballs w/ Apple
Post-Workout (20min elliptical): 6 Turkey Meatballs w/ BCAA mix
Snack: MusclePharm Combat Powder (Protein Shake)
Dinner: Chipotle Bowl, steak/chicken extra meat (not half/half), black beans, salsa, light cheese and guacamole

Calories: 1650
Fiber: 36g
Protein: 199g

My daily intake when I workout is around 2000-2100 calories. I’m gonna enjoy the hell out of my dinner…

Random Weight Gain… Anyone else?

Anyone else ever experience some serious random weight gain? While I’m sure it’s mostly water, I have no idea what happened. This past weekend I did a 5k (5kfoamfest.com) and I was down a good 3 pounds. I haven’t eaten any junk and I’ve kicked my ass this past Monday/Tues. Somehow I sky rocketed and gained 6 pounds. The batteries in my scale are fresh (literally like an hour ago) and somehow I saw that and was totally ‘wtf’ last night. I weighed myself this morning and I went down, but it was still a 2 pound gain…

Anyone else ever experience this? The only time I’ve ever really seen that happen is due to lack of exercise and serious sodium intake. Just curious to know if anyone else has had this issue… Get at me

My workout for today (full body)

Tomorrow is a rest day, so it’ll just be some light cardio 20-40min. I try my hardest to put in a really good work out in before my rest day and just kill it.

Todays Workout:
5am elliptical work - 35min moderate pace

Full Body Circuit: 1:30min on, 20sec between each exercise, 2min rest between rounds
Squat & Press
Rear Lunge & Curl
Deadlift & Row
Burpee

I’ll probably perform 4-5 rounds today. Either way I plan on being covered in sweat and in bed early tonight. Hope everyone out there had a good day today.
